Riley McDermott's has the privilege of exclusively serving USDA Prime beef from Allen Brothers in Chicago, a world renowned source that hand-selects the highest class of meat delivering the finest in flavor and tenderness. Our seafood is flown in daily from the Hawaiian Islands from leading distributor, Honolulu Fish Company, providing over 14 species of sashimi grade fish, allowing us to offer specialty items such as Hawaiian Opa, Mero Sea Bass and Dover Sole. Our raw bar features exceptional offerings of Hawaiian Blue King Prawns,seasonal Stone Crab claws and Maine lobster.
